Pedroche shares a lot of her favorite exercises on Instagram. And she makes sure to not skip leg day. She shared this video on Instagram detailing some of her favorite lower body exercises. In it, Pedroche is seen doing exercises like squats and squat lunges with weights, standing donkey kicks with weights, and using the leg press machine. She captioned it, “I need to train to feel good. When I finish it is that I feel that nothing and nobody can stop me. I’m going to eat the world.”

She captioned the post, “The secret of success for me is perseverance. The first two photos are from now, and the last one from February 2017, when I started practicing yoga. But I recognize that the progress that I am most proud of is not the one that is seen. The truth is that I’m better than ever.”
