Corinne is all about exercise. “I love Barry’s Bootcamp and I’ve recently gotten into Flywheel. I try to do Barry’s at least twice or three times a week; Flywheel I’ve just started so I’m doing it once a week,” the celebrity told The Cut. “Otherwise I’ll just work out in a regular gym. I’ll do the elliptical for 15 minutes to start, then I’ll move on to squats, lunges, and different sorts of abs and I’ll do some arms — then I’ll go back on the elliptical or the treadmill.”
“Wellness to me means taking care of your body, not doing anything you shouldn’t be doing, good hygiene, working out when you can, eating right and drinking a lot of water,” Corinne told The Cut. “Never stressing about being too healthy too much because you’ll just drive yourself nuts, you have to enjoy life.”
Corinne prioritizes getting enough rest. “Beauty sleep is always important. I nap at least once a day, if I ever have time, and my nap attire is usually in Team Corn clothes. With my running around right now it’s really hard, so if I get 15 minutes in, I’m lucky. But I’m really good at falling right asleep,” she told The Cut.
What does Corinne eat in a day? “I usually have egg whites, avocado, wheat toast, and fruit in the morning,” she dished to Delish. For lunch, she’ll have a grilled chicken salad. “I’ve been on the road a lot recently, so I try to eat as healthy as I can,” she said. In general, she tries to maintain a low carb diet.
Corinne loves turning up the heat, especially when she is too busy to exercise. “Forty-five minutes in the sauna is also the quickest way for me to debloat,” she explained to Delish. “A recent study from Japan, where tub bathing is ingrained in the culture, followed more than 30,000 people for about 20 years. At the start of the study, participants answered questions about their general health and bathing habits, including their preferred water temperature (lukewarm, warm, or hot). Researchers divided them into three groups: those who took baths two or fewer times a week, three to four times a week, or daily or almost daily. About 72% said they took baths almost daily,” says Harvard Health.
