Coheed And Cambria have officially kickstarted their new era, unveiling aggressive single ‘Blind Side Sonny’.
The first taste of the band’s as-yet-unannounced next full-length release, it follows 2022 album‘‘Vaxis Act II: A Window of the Waking Mind’.
Released alongside a Max Moore-directed video that shows the band performing to a crowd of fans, ‘Blind Side Sonny’ introduces a brand new villain as part of the band’s The Amory Wars / Vaxis universe.

Speaking about the new single, vocalist Claudio Sanchez has shared:
“’Blind Side Sonny’ is a song about revenge. What may seem like an innocent choice to someone could be the breeding ground of another’s malicious misunderstanding. Perception can be your worst enemy.”
Coheed and Cambria are set to appear at When We Were Young Festival later this month where they will be celebrating their 2005 album ‘Good Apollo, I’m Burning Star IV’.
