Cobra Kai Season 6 Receives Teaser Trailer, Release Date

Netflix has unveiled the full details for Cobra Kai Season 6, including the three-part release date, a teaser trailer, and first look photos.

The sixth and final season of Cobra Kai will be segmented into three parts spanning 15 episodes in total. The first will premiere on July 18th, 2024, with the second arriving on November 28th, 2024. The final part is currently slated for an unspecified date in 2025.

“Picking up with Cobra Kai eliminated from the Valley, our senseis and students must decide if and how they will compete in the Sekai Taikai — the world championships of karate,” reads the official logline.

The teaser opens with a suited Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) saying he loves “the smell of karate in the afternoon” while overlooking his Myagi-Do Karate students. It continues by offering a glimpse at the Cobra Kai dojo before ratcheting up the intensity, teasing a three-way sparring session between LaRusso, Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka), and Chozen Toguchi (Yuji Okumoto).

Elsewhere in the brief clip, fights between the students break out at the arcade and a basketball court, leading into the ominous return of John Kreese (Martin Kove), who simply says, “Cobra Kai is back.”
