Ferry is opening up about her mental health. The reality star revealed that she has struggled with depression. However, she tells The Sun that exercise is something she does to help herself feel better. Ferry says that she likes to run on the treadmill, specifically. “I had depression, I’m really nervous about it coming out. That day when I filmed the episode I spent 99 percent of the day crying. I’ve got a gym in my house, so any time I’m feeling down I go downstairs to the treadmill.”

Ferry has goals that she wants to accomplish. However, she isn’t putting too much pressure on herself to achieve them. She tells new! Magazine that she wants to settle down, but she’s focusing on herself and living in the moment. “I need to stop putting pressure on myself though. I’m such a big family person and I’ve always wanted to have loads of kids running around.”

Ferry is an avid ice skater. She shares a lot of photos and videos of herself at a rink on her Instagram. She posted this video, with the caption, “Back to what I do best.” She also posted this video, captioning it, “Wish I could be back on the ice. This is my happy place.”

Ferry likes to get outside to exercise. Specifically, she likes to go hiking. Sometimes, she likes to hike with a bunch of her friends. Ferry posted these photos of herself and her friends after a hike on Instagram. She captioned it, “Dancing shoes off. Hiking boots on with my sisters.”

Ferry doesn’t skip leg day. In fact, she likes to use weights when she works out her lower body. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing squats with a barbell. She captioned the post, “Morning leg sesh.” Squats help build leg muscle and adding weights can make you work harder, as your muscles have to support the weight.
