A clip of Patrick Mahomes on the sidelines during the 2025 Super Bowl has gone viral, and it’s all because he appears to snub his teammate, running back Samaje Perine.
In the clip, the 29-year-old quarterback of the Kansas City Chiefs was seen giving some motivation to his teammates. He went up to several of them one by one, but appeared to skip dapping up Samaje. Patrick went to Travis Kelce instead.
Now, Samaje is responding, and revealing what actually happened.

In a comment on Instagram, he wrote, “Lol I actually stood up to untie my pants string, no one blamed anybody. It’s not that deep.” Patrick got roasted in the comments for the video, but it looks like it’s totally innocent!
