CELINE Dion has shared a new look at her reclusive life, ahead of the premiere of a documentary detailing her health.
The legendary singer was forced to stop performing after being diagnosed diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome.
Celine shared a still frame from the documentary on her Instagram page.
In it, the 56-year-old looked confident and defiant, as she clenched her hand into a fist and snarled off in the distance.
In the caption, Celine’s team urged fans to “Get ready,” for the release of I AM: CELINE DION, which will begin streaming globally on Amazon Prime Video starting June 25.
A description for the film promises fans will get, “a raw and honest behind-the-scenes look at the iconic superstar’s struggle with a life-altering illness.
” Serving as a love letter to her fans, this inspirational documentary highlights the music that has guided (Celine’s) life while also showcasing the resilience of the human spirit.”
Fans in the comments section were indeed ready.

“This is a must watch immediately upon release,” a second added.

SPS
There is currently no cure for Stiff Person Syndrome, which can leave sufferers as “human statues,” sometimes unable to walk or talk.
Celine was forced to cancel her world tour due to the rare neurological disorder – which makes a person’s muscles tense uncontrollably.
According to experts at University College London, the condition is caused by persistent spasms and affects multiple muscles – primarily the lower limbs.
Most people who develop the illness will receive a diagnosis between the ages of 40 and 60 years old.
I want you all to know, I’m not giving up… and I can’t wait to see you again!

SPS can leave sufferers as “human statues” and sometimes unable to walk or talk.
In most cases, people with SPS respond to high doses of diazepam, which is often used as an anti-anxiety medication.
Pain relievers will also improve the symptoms, but these will not cure the disorder.
SURPRISE APPEARANCE
Celine fought through the pain and make a shocking surprise appearance at the last Grammy Awards.
The Power Of Love hitmaker presented the award for album of the year to Taylor Swift.
Celine was greeted with a standing ovation as she handed out the final award of the night.
“When I say that I’m happy to be here,” Celine said, choking back tears of her own. “I really mean it.”
The singer previously told fans she is trying to do what she can to minimize the symptoms, and insisted she would be back.
“It’s not fair to you to keep postponing the shows, and even though it breaks my heart, it’s best that we cancel everything now until I’m really ready to be back on stage again,” she reluctantly shared.
“I want you all to know, I’m not giving up… and I can’t wait to see you again!”
