This May the Fourth, a.k.a. Star Wars Day, fans will once again get the chance to revisit the galaxy far, far away the way it was meant to be seen, on the big screen. For its 25th anniversary, Star Wars: The Phantom Menace will return to theaters for a limited time, and it will return with a stunning brand-new poster by artist Matt Ferguson. Now, thanks to the folks at Bottleneck Gallery, you’ll be able to display that poster in your home. The poster is a collaboration with Lucasfilm and Acme Archives. The print and its variants go on sale Tuesday, April 30.
These four posters showcase our main heroes from the film, Qui-Gon Jinn (Liam Neeson), Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ewan McGregor), Queen Amidala (Natalie Portman), and a young Anakin Skywalker (Jake Lloyd). We see a small Ani, standing on the sands of Mos Espa, ready to leave Tatooine and become a Jedi. Looming above everyone are the eyes of Darth Maul, ready to exact the Sith’s revenge on the Jedi. These posters carry both the English and Japanese title fonts. You can check out images of each of them below, along with details:
