FANS of Catfish are convinced there’s a new feud between the two hosts, Nev Schulman and Kamie Crawford.

And now, while the show is in its period of not airing, fans are worried about the future of the series and its hosts.
SUSPECTED FEUD
Some fans reckon that fan-favorite hosts Nev and Kamie are feuding in secret, with a major clue uncovered.
Social media seems to be the main giveaway something is going down between Nev and Kamie.
One person shared a screen grab of Nev’s Instagram following list on Reddit.
So maybe that’s true and they just aren’t tight like they act on the show?”

The screenshot showed Nev is no longer following Kamie.
Sharing the screenshot, the Reddit user penned: “Nev unfollowed Kamie on IG.”
Fellow social media users on the platform were quick to weigh in with their thoughts and speculation.
‘POTENTIAL BEEF’
One person wrote under the thread, “At least she’s still following him so… maybe an accident?
“Also how do people figure this out? Like was there some potential beef between them or what compelled you to go check if he was still following her?”
A third person then wrote, “Kamie’s the best cohost since Max. I hope she isn’t leaving”
RECOVERING FROM ACCIDENT
This comes two weeks after Nev suffered a traumatic bike accident that left him with a broken neck and other injuries.
He was still wearing his neck brace earlier this week when he gave fans a health update.

Nev was hit by a truck earlier this month in Long Island, New York. The accident happened while he was going to his son’s school on an electric bike.
“I never made it to pick up my son from school on the bike,” he said when he revealed the news on social media earlier this month.
The Catfish host continued, “In fact in some ways, I’m glad I didn’t. I was alone on impact. Me and the truck. And then I guess the pavement. I was alone and unconscious.”
“And then conscious,” he continued. “Maybe I was fine (I wasn’t). Maybe I can still do my long run on Thursday (I couldn’t).”
Nev was rushed to ICU where he found out the full extent of his injuries, having snapped two nerves that control his muscles.
The devastating injury can render people permanently unable to walk.
“I broke my neck,” he explained before adding, “C5 and C6 to be exact.”
“Stable fractures. I’m not paralyzed,” he added, noting how he was “lucky to be alive.”
CATFISH HOST SWITCH
Catfish is a popular dating reality-based documentary television series, which airs on MTV.
The show focuses on the truths and lies that come with online dating.
Catfish first premiered in 2012, and was originally based on the 2010 movie of the same name.
The first seven seasons of the show were hosted by Nev and Max Joseph, but Max departed in 2018 with several guest hosts stepping in for a while.
Kamie was then selected as the new host from 2020 onwards, with her still co-hosting with Nev to this day.
