CARRIE Underwood has left fans spellbound after sharing a make-up free selfie during a rare night in.
The American Idol judge, who has replaced Katy Perry for the new season, posted her excitement for the latest episode to air by sharing a post on Instagram.
In the picture, the usually glammed-up country singer showed off a fresh-faced look, wearing a T-shirt and enjoying a glass of wine.
Posing in her kitchen alongside some freshly made bread, Carrie wrote, “Fresh boule and a glass of vino. Ready for the next episode of @americanidol tonight! #CUonIDOL.”
Fans praised the star for her natural beauty, and wrote, “Carrie looks so different without all that heavy make-up. More beautiful. I like it”

IDOL DUTIES
The post comes as Carrie declared the American Idol team declared they found the ‘next Taylor Swift’ during Sunday night’s episode of the popular talent competition.
Zaylie Windsor, 18, tried to win over judges Carrie, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan stunned with her original break-up track called The Used.
The Arizona teen created the track when she was just 14, and Carrie and Lionel were both impressed by her natural talent – although Luke was not as convinced.
Carrie told her, “You showed us a lot in your voice, and you can go from being small and focused to, like, soaring, and I’m impressed at the song, as well.
“I feel like you’ve got a lot of artistry in there.”
While Luke worried that she “wasn’t ready” for the big time, fearing that her songs sounded too young, he agreed with Carrie that she had a “Taylor Swift-esque quality.”
Carrie has been known for her emotional responses to performances this season, as she has often been filmed breaking down during auditions.
Carrie herself found fame on American Idol back in 2005, on the fourth cycle of the franchise.
For her debut as a judge, an impressive 5,905,000 viewers tuned in to watch her critique the new hopefuls hoping to reach her heights.
