Gaitán opened up about her wellness routine on Instagram. She says that she had to change her approach to eating because of some health issues. “For all those who wonder about my weight, I tell you: Now I eat more times a day than before, I have suffered from gastritis and ulcers since I was 14 years old, so I have to eat every 3 hours and I am very judicious with that. This is also advisable for my colon to work better and my metabolism to be fast, as it should be.”

Gaitán didn’t just change when she eats. She also cut out some ingredients in her diet. She revealed on Instagram that she has had to cut out gluten. She writes on Instagram,I have given up gluten, due to how negative it is for the body and for the brain.” Harvard Health states, “People with celiac disease avoid sickness and maintain much better health if they follow a gluten-free diet. For them, a gluten-free diet is nothing short of essential. And then there are people described as gluten-sensitive. Their tests for celiac disease are negative (normal), yet whenever they eat food containing gluten, they experience symptoms like bloating, diarrhea, or crampy abdominal pain. One cause is wheat allergy, a disorder that can be diagnosed by skin testing. But for many others, the diagnosis remains uncertain. Some have begun calling this non-celiac gluten hypersensitivity, a poorly defined condition about which we have much to learn.”

In addition to eating better, Gaitán is also working on her fitness. On Instagram, she reveals that she is increasing her fitness. In particular, she is incorporating more cardio. “Now I exercise more than before,” she writes. “I take care of my heart and my muscles by doing cardio and other exercises.”

Gaitán has no time for negativity. After getting some negative comments, she stood up for herself on her Instagram post. “And for those who comment with dark energy, I can only tell you: if something is going to come out of your mouth, let it be positive things and contribute to others. In this way, the good is also returned in wonderful things. Kisses fly, full of good vibes.”

Gaitán opened up about her career in an interview with Revista Momentos. She says that discipline and hard work are extremely important to her. “I always put discipline first, I would say talent and then luck. Maybe in that order or it can vary, but without discipline any talent can fade away; and luck is precisely believing in yourself, being attentive and never taking anything for granted. You cannot rest in beauty because if there is something subjective it is that, what is beautiful for some is ugly for others. On the other hand, discipline and talent are the vital tools to build characters and deliver a job with passion and veracity.”
