Despite partnering with Karl Lagerfeld to produce a collection featured in the New York Fashion Week event, Cara Delevingne was noticeably absent from the show. Several fans have voiced their concern over the actress due to her actions over the past few weeks.

A few days ago, the 30-year-old was seen walking almost barefoot in a Los Angeles airport, looking disheveled and making erratic movements. Two months ago, Delevingne also raised eyebrows due to her behavior in the Billboards award show.

The actress has been working on the genderless collection for the past few years with Lagerfeld’s collection, so it’s shocking that she was a no-show during the actual event.

Cara Delevingne Did Not Attend Her Fashion Show

According to reports, Delevingne was not in attendance during her fashion event, which was held on Monday at the NYFW. The actress started working on the collection a few years ago, and it launched globally on Thursday, September 8. The capsule launch was held during the NYFW and had several celebrities and fashion icons in the audience. Some include Jamie Campbell Bower, Becky G, Nina Dobrev, Keke Palmer, and Candice Swanepoel.

The “Paper Towns” actress was the only one noticeably absent from the enemy. The last few weeks have seen Delevingne display worrying behaviors, causing her fans to wonder if everything was okay with the model.

She Was Seen Shoeless In An Airport

A few days ago, Delevingne was spotted in a California airport with nothing on her feet but a pair of soiled orange socks. She appeared to board an airplane at the Van Nuys airport, sat in for 45 minutes, and then disembarked. She was seen walking around for a few minutes, seemingly on a phone call and making erratic movements until the 30-year-old ultimately got in her waiting vehicle.

In the video taken of Delevingne in the airport, she had on a black t-shirt, black pair of sweatpants, and only a pair of socks to give her feet protection from the floor of the tarmac. According to reports, her friends and family are considering hosting an intervention for the actress. Margot Robbie was also photographed looking distressed after leaving Delevingne’s house earlier this week.

July saw the model behave in a similar out-of-character way when the actress attended the 2022 Billboard award. She seemed to latch onto Megan Thee Stallion for most of the night and was shown on the red carpet helping the artist take photos.

According to the star, she was living her best life despite people reading her behavior as odd. She said, “I was standing behind her, and then she was trying to [do] the thing with fashion [where you] flick your [dress], and she couldn’t really.”

“I was helping her and going like, ‘Yeah, go!’ Like hyping her up, being her hype woman,” Delevingne revealed. “And then I was getting on the floor taking pictures. That’s what I do; I don’t know. I was just really excited. I’m like, ‘Let me get my angle, guys! I’m a photographer.’ It was so fun.”

Cara Delevingne Said The Collection Was Important To Her

In August, Delevingne joined Vogue to talk about her genderless clothing collection with Lagerfeld dubbed “Cara Loves Karl” and how much it meant to her. The actress revealed that an essential aspect of the collection was the fact that it was not just unisex; it was entirely genderless.

“Last week I was in LA for a friend’s birthday, then [I flew] to New York for press for Only Murders in the Building, and then flew back to London. And all in one week!” Delevinge recalled. “I’m often living out of a suitcase, so I like pieces that can be worn in different ways. I can also always find time for a nap — like anywhere — so with that in mind, the collection is also comfortable, easy, and wearable.”

She revealed that with how much effort she put into the collection, Lagerfeld “would be really proud of what we have created and how we have created it.”
