Brittany Cartwright in Two-Piece Workout Gear Focuses on "Family, Health, and Happiness"

Brittany Cartwright is putting her energy where it belongs – on herself and her loved ones. In a new social media post the Vanderpump Rules star shows off her amazing body in exercise gear, while giving her followers a glimpse into her slim down. “Now more than ever I am focusing on the important things in life – family, health, and happiness. Thanks to @jennycraigofficial I have been able to prioritize my health journey. It’s never too late to set new health goals!” she wrote in the captioned of the Instagram post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Brittany has been a spokesperson for Jenny Craig since 2021. “I want to be the best version of myself for my son,” she told People. “Since having Cruz, postpartum weight loss has been a struggle and something I’ve been very vocal about with my community.” She used their Max Up program to lose the initial weight.

Brittany also relies on strength training. “I also started going to classes at Sweat Garage, and it helped to keep me focused and have direction instead of trying to go to the gym and workout on my own,” she told E! News. “Every story is different and this is mine,” an Instagram Story from the gym. “I’m going to be in here every single day. (Maybe one day off lol.)”

Brittany eats healthy…most of the time. “I still have to have my cheat days! I try to eat clean for the most part, eating salads cooking a lot of baked chicken and vegetables at home, but I love my cheat days I just make sure I have them in moderation now,” she told E! News.

Brittany practices time restricted eating. “I love my body and I feel great where I’m at I’ve learned portion control and intermittent fasting which is so helpful,” she recently told Daily Mail. Intermittent fasting works by “prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat,” explains Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Brittany makes sure to get her steps in. “I often do power walking and sprinting back-and-forth – running is good for my mental health and it’s so nice to get outside and go for a walk. If I don’t work out, I just feel sluggish,” she added to Daily Mail. Walking at a brisk speed offers loads of health benefits. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Brittany loves her body no matter what. “After having a baby, I struggle with loose skin around my lower abdomen … and that could still be something that you’re self-conscious about,” Brittany told Us about why she loved the high-waisted swimsuit in her collaboration with Cupshe. “So I made sure I was going through [the collection] and picking things that would fit with me and maybe other moms and people who have those same feelings about their body as I do. And these really just, like, tuck you in and make you feel like you’re secure and I love that.”
