Singer Britney Spears is back on Instagram with five new photos with her followers.
Although she started off posing in a white dress with puffy white sleeves, the 41-year-old pop star started to tug down the sleeves of her dress in order to reveal her shoulders.
Britney Spears Tugs Down Her Sleeves To Make A Strapless Dress
In her latest Instagram post, the “Hold Me Closer” singer smiled at the camera as she stood in her outdoor courtyard. She is wearing a white dress with a scoop neckline and puffy white sleeves. She didn’t share what shoes she was wearing in these photos, but she has lately taken a liking to wearing her pointed white knee-high boots.
As the photos of the Instagram carousel progress, the “Oops!…I Did It Again” singer started to pull the sleeves of her dress lower and lower as she showed off her shoulders and the top of her chest. It might just be the lighting in the photo, but it looks like Britney is developing quite a tan. She also accessorized her white dress with a beaded necklace that’s been seen in many of her latest Instagram videos.
In one shot, Britney seemed to pull the sleeves of her dress down so long that it was about level with her scoop neckline. She continued to pose for the camera with her blonde hair tied back out of her face. Her long blonde bangs are pushed out of her eyes, which are again covered in the dark eye make-up that the singer seems fond of wearing lately.
In the caption, the “Toxic” singer simply dropped three flower emojis and did not say anything else. For fans who are unaware, Britney has turned comments off since at least the start of the new year to prevent fans from debating her appearance or commenting any “conspiracy theories” on her page. For those who are unaware, some fans claim that Britney has actually died or been replaced by an imposter!
Some of her followers find it interesting that Britney has still yet to speak up about a new TV special that is being made about her life in the one and a half years after her conservatorship ended. There have already been many specials made about her conservatorship, which lasted from February 2008 to November 2021, but this is the first time that a special will be made about Britney’s life after the conservatorship ended.
There have been a lot of bombshell allegations that surfaced in the trailer for this new special, called “TMZ Investigates: Britney Spears: The Price of Freedom.” The special will focus on the allegations of a failed intervention, as well as Britney’s marriage to Iranian actor Sam Asghari.
Britney’s Life After The Conservatorship To Be Explored In New TV Special
In the trailer for the new special, TMZ’s managing editor Fabian Garcia alleges that the “Slumber Party” singer “got physical with Sam” while TMZ Executive Producer Harvey Levin says that the couple is in “deep trouble.” At the beginning of the trailer, Levin can be heard saying, “Britney Spears has had a year and a half of freedom since the conservatorship ended, but there are big problems.”
According to a press release, the special will “reveal concern among those closest to her that she’s a danger to herself and others,” amid allegations that Britney was not allowed to handle knives during her conservatorship. There were also allegedly certain rules in place, like Britney was not allowed to drive by herself or drink coffee during her conservatorship.
A few days after news of the special was released, TMZ reported that the pop star consumes coffee and energy drinks “by the gallon.” Sources told the outlet that Britney consumes coffee, Red Bull, Celsius, and dandelion tea “almost nonstop.” The insiders also alleged that, at one point, the singer stayed awake for three days straight due to the caffeine.
TMZ says that experts say that this behavior is “unsurprising for people with mental illnesses.” Dr. Drew told the outlet that although it’s not “particularly healthy” to be drinking so much coffee and energy drinks, people “with mental illnesses crave the high from these drinks.”
Britney has yet to address these allegations herself. “Britney Spears: The Price of Freedom” will premiere on Fox on Monday, May 15, at 9 PM ET.
