Boxer Savannah Marshall works hard to keep herself healthy and strong. Here’s how Savannah stays in such great shape.
She keeps her eye on the prize and remains focused on her goals. On an Instagram photo of her looking strong and fierce, she said “focused,” looking driven, like she has her sights set on her accomplishments. According to the Mayo Clinic, “studies show that those with a purpose live longer, sleep better and have a more robust immune system, lower stress levels and better cognitive function.”
She gets in the water, even if it’s chilly, which can have some great benefits. On a video of her and @aprilhunterboxing, captioned “a test of cold water and our relationship đ€Ł,” she took a dip in the lake for some cold water therapy and recovery that left her feeling great.
