Boston Manor have marked their return with new single ‘Container’ and announced a UK headline tour, set to take place throughout April.
The full-blooded new offering marks the band’s first of 2024 and creates a powerful, vivid soundscape.
Lead singer Henry Cox has explained the meaning behind the track, saying:
“‘Container’ explores the idea of second chances, the panic that sets in knowing you need to change your world before it’s too late and you get swallowed up and lost forever.
“It’s about the stagnancy of life creeping up on you and how that can bring about change.”

The track saw Boston Manor work once more with long-time producer Larry Hibbitt, alongside engineer Alex O’Donovan.
They also switched from recording in London to the home counties, with lead guitarist Mike Cunniff recalling:
“Because Larry lives out in the countryside now, it was a way different environment and way different experience recording this time.”
And if the rich new single wasn’t enough to satisfy Boston Manor fans, the band have also announced they’re heading out on tour across the UK this April.
