Bodybuilder Sheena Ohlig in Two-Piece Workout Gear is on "Fire"

Bodybuilder and IFBB Pro Sheena Ohlig is dedicated to inspiring others to focus on building strength and living a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Her Instagram bio encapsulates her philosophy: “Here to help you stop thinking skinny, I help you train for strength and longevity.” Sheena not only leads by example but also shares her expertise as an online coach, offering personalized training and nutrition plans to her clients. On a recent post showcasing her progress, she detailed her coaching approach: “⚡️1:1 Discovery Call & Assessment 🧩 Contest Prep and General Lifestyle ✅ Weekly Check-Ins 🤌🏽 Bi-Weekly Group Coaching Virtual Meet ✨ Personalized Nutrition and Training Protocols.” Through her dedication, Sheena encourages others to embrace consistency and confidence on their fitness journeys.

She said on some photos of her posing confidently on Instagram, “sometimes you gotta pop out on em 💁🏽‍♀️✨ i might be in gym clothes 99 percent of the time but when i do pop out that other 1 percent ☝🏽 …. who gon’ check me boo 😌🥰📸 cred @magsr1211.” According to the Mayo Clinic, “low self-esteem can affect nearly every aspect of life. It can impact your relationships, job and health. But you can boost your self-esteem by taking cues from mental health counseling.”

She’s encouraging and grateful. “Tampa Pro it’s been real ✨✌🏽 @timgardnerproductions Tampa Pro/Am/Masters Extravaganza. Gotta love a well oiled, highly efficient, and professionally produced show 👏👏 Major shout out to everyone from the judges to show staff and stage hands, the emcee to the DJ and everyone in between….and of course to all my ladies steppin out on that stage 🤗 we outcheaaa!!! Of course none of this would be possible without those in my corner helping support my dream – my sponsors @amazonsfitmag @theatilisgymbellmawr @bikinilabhawaii,” she said on Instagram.

She pays attention to the things she can control. “Eat Your Protein >>>Mind Your Business >>>Be a Good Person. Control what you can control – – you may not have a ton of capacity mentally, emotionally or physically these days but whatever capacity you do have use it to the best of your ability to manage the variables that are within reach and that is how you show up for yourself,” she said on Instagram.

She remains consistent, even when it’s tough. On Instagram, she said “4 years >> 3 moments >> 1 journey⁣⁣. Consistency can be boring. It often feels like nothing is happening—eating the same meals, following the same cardio routine, doing the same workouts week in and week out. Early nights, early mornings, and skipping out on parties and cookouts (although let’s be real one thing about me is i’mma be at that party or cookout with my chicken and rice 😂). But it’s in those tiny, seemingly unremarkable moments where the real growth happens.”

She stays true to herself. “Here’s your reminder to honor the word you made to yourself…. you should be the one person you never have to worry about being let down by or flaked on by…. when you honor yourself you set the precedent for how others can operate around you or in your life….,” she said on Instagram.
