Daniela Deiana is giving it her all at the gym in her workout gear. In a new social media post the IFBB pro flaunts her model body in a two-piece exercise set during an intense workout session. “Even sweating the water I drank last summer,” she joked in the Instagram caption, adding the hashtag “determination.” How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
Daniela exercises for her body and mind. “It’s not just the gym. The gym isn’t just a place to shape the body. It’s a place to transform the mind. It reached discipline, patience and persistence. It’s an escape from the stress of daily life. Weather you’re angry, sad, frustrated or anxious, as soon as you enter the gym, all this disappear and you focus only on improving yourself. It’s not a gym, it’s a sanctuary,” she captioned a post.
Daniela also recommends looking inward. “The answer you’re searching for won’t be found on a screen. No one can tell you what your life’s purpose is. No one can tell you who you should be or how you should act. Only you possess the answers to those questions. So stop scrolling. Turn off social media. Turn off the world, and look inward. Sometimes you have to mute the world so you can hear yourself,” she wrote in another post.
Daniela approaches exercise and diet with balance. “Life is about balance. Together we can find harmony between committing to our goals and taking care of our body and mind, to achieve excellence in all aspects of life!” she wrote on social media.
If you want to achieve your goals, it takes sacrifice. “I lost the fat and my socks too 🤣I never like to talk about sacrifices.. Because we sacrifice something when it’s important to us, that’s why I always prefer to define them as priorities, and in bodybuilding the priorities are always well defined. This is also why I love this sport, because it teaches us a lot and makes us rediscover many things about ourselves, enabling us to face life with a different vision,” she explained in a post.
If she’s not on the treadmill, you can find Daniela getting her steps in outside. Here she is walking in Andalucía, Spain. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
