Bodybuilder Anne Mohn in Two-Piece Workout Gear Says "Everyday is Leg Day"

Anne Mohn is working out her legs – in her two-piece exercise gear. In a new social media post the bodybuilder shows off her strength during a lower body workout session at the gym. “Everyday is legday 😈,” she captioned the Instagram video. “Wow you did a excellent job on ur leg presses 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥,” commented one of her followers. “Magnifique 😍😍,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Anne recently shared a before-and-after photo of her fitness transformation, revealing ehr secret. “I just found this pic of myself when I was about 19YO if I remember well.😅 so let’s share it here.😅 This is what 21 years of love and passion for this discipline looks like.💖 Change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes a lot of time, hard work, and dedication to reach the level of a top5 Olympia Women’s Physique athlete in 2023,” she wrote. “I started training and dieting in 2002 when I was 15YO, then I decided to start competing in 2017 in figure division. I did my first Womensphysique show in 2018 where I won my IFBB pro card and have been an 5 times Olympian athlete (2019-2023). This was not an easy journey…A lot of ups and downs due to many knee surgeries since 2008 with lots of complications… But giving up has never been an option. True passion for this discipline has always been my biggest strength and I believe that with passion you can overcome anything.🙌🏻Never forget where you come from and never stop believing in your dreams.”

Anne spends most of her time bodybuilding, which involves lifting heavy weights. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Anne is a fan of taking supplements. In addition to protein powder and whey hydro isolate, she also drinks protein juice and takes creatine.

Anne travels from competition to competition. You can often find her walking around and exploring during her down time. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
