Firerose Fires Back At Her Estranged Husband’s Claims
Firerose has since responded to her husband’s emergency motion filing, claiming that it’s not an “emergency” as she has allegedly always had access to his American Express credit card since June 2022.
The 37-year-old’s lawyers filed a response to Cyrus’ motion, noting that his claim that his wife “has made 37 unauthorized charges is untrue.”
“Throughout the divorce proceedings, the parties are to live as per the status quo during the marriage. Wife was simply living as she has since October 10, 2023, and Husband has no right to cut her off,” their response read, per People.
Firerose also claimed in her filing that she had Cyrus’ consent to use his credit cards since their October 2023 wedding, and they would “routinely go over” her spending on said card.

Billy Ray Cyrus Cited’ Irreconcilable Differences’ As His Reason For Divorce
Court documents obtained by E! News revealed that the singer cited “irreconcilable differences” and “inappropriate marital conduct” when he filed the papers.
Cyrus also alleged that the marriage was entered into “based on fraud by the wife,” adding that “he would not have entered into the bonds of matrimony” if he had prior knowledge.
Although it is still unknown what fraudulent act Cyrus was referencing, it could cover various possibilities, including but not limited to misrepresentation of identity, financial status, criminal history, or intentions concerning the marriage.
Both parties have also refrained from publicly addressing their split, hinting they are keen on keeping it private.
He Wants His Estranged Wife To Vacate Their Marital Home
Cyrus does not want Firerose to stay in their home during the divorce process. He reportedly asked his wife to leave the residence by May 24, just two days after the separation date stated in court documents.
Whether Firerose complied with this request remains uncertain. However, Cyrus is prepared to cover her lodging expenses at a rate of $500 per night in any hotel of her choice if she leaves.
According to TMZ, this arrangement wasn’t intended to be long-term but rather for a period of ten days, which he seems to believe would be enough time for Firerose to secure a permanent accommodation.
Additionally, Cyrus expressed a willingness to contribute $5,000 monthly towards her home expenses, paid for over 90 days or sooner if their divorce is finalized before that time.
