BILLY Ray Cyrus has accused his ex-wife of cheating on him just days after he filed to annul their marriage.
He and singer Firerose, 35, were married for just seven months.

Infidelity played a part in why Billy, 62, ended his marriage so quickly, a source told Us Weekly.
“Billy and Firerose were always fighting and the relationship was intense and toxic at times,” the source said.
“Billy accused Firerose of cheating and it was the final straw for him.”
The insider went on to say that Billy’s children – Miley, Noah, Brandi, Trace, Christopher, and Braison – did not approve of their relationship.

They also “never understood the relationship” and why Billy rushed into marriage with Firerose, whose real name is Johanna Rosie Hodges.
“Miley is hopeful this will give some peace to the family and she thinks this is a good step in the right direction for him,” the source went on.
Billy Ray also accused Firerose of overcharging his credit cards, according to InTouch.
He claimed she put 37 charges on his card costing $96,986.05 between May 23 and June 7.
While Billy Ray said that he never gave Firerose access to his accounts or cards, she claims that she had access to them, and never had a limit, since she moved in with him.

Billy filed for divorce from Firerose on May 22, according to documents obtained by People.
The reasons listed on the documents were “inappropriate marital conduct and irreconcilable differences.”
Billy also wants to file for an annulment on the grounds of fraud.
They do not have any children together.

The exes first met 12 years ago while Billy was on the set of Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana.
