The state of Colorado is back in the news for another sighting of the ever-elusive Bigfoot. This time the mysterious cryptid was allegedly spotted and caught on video near the upper Colorado River.
This latest Bigfoot footage comes from a rafting tour company, Colorado River Expeditions. The company claims that the video was shot “during the first river trip of the season” by one of their guides. “No CGI. No fakes. Just wilderness and raw footage,” the company claims on YouTube.
In the video, one can certainly hear the guide and others discussing the fact that they were seeing something up on a hill. Eventually, the person shooting the video was able to zoom in on the creature. What is seen next is some sort of hairy, bi-pedal creature that, sure enough, does resemble the mythical Bigfoot. The creature then turns and just walks away into the trees.
While most viewers of the video agree that the creature certainly isn’t a known animal, like a bear, not everyone was convinced it was really Bigfoot.
“We were on our first rafting trip of the 2025 season when THIS happened,” the company wrote in the description to the video. “Our guide pulled out his phone and captured this from the Colorado River near Pumphouse. We’re still trying to process what we saw. Was it Bigfoot? A prank? Or something else?”
“Bigfoot’s movements are much more fluid. Classic example: Patterson Gimlin footage. Watch it again and see obvious differences,” one person commented.
“I was rafting pump house several years ago when I saw something similar to what you captured,” someone else shared. “It was near to dusk, the moon was full and all of a sudden there it was. I never saw it again until now. Thank you for sharing and please whatever you do, don’t shoot this thing.”
“They’re inter-dimensional beings. They choose to be seen,” read another comment.
“Lol… looks awful similar to the Colorado Train Bigfoot,” another viewer wrote.
