BERNADETTE Peters has appeared at a glamorous event while looking younger than ever.
The 76-year-old actress attended the Jazz At Lincoln Center Gala: Celebrating Tony Bennett on Wednesday.
The event occurred at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City.
The fundraiser event honored Tony Bennett, the multi-Grammy award winner, NEA Jazz Master, and Emmy award winner.
Proceeds from the performance went to Jazz at Lincoln Center and its mission to entertain and expand the global jazz community.
Bernadette, Rubén Blades, Kristin Chenoweth, and Norm Lewis performed at the concert.
They all replicated songs that Tony helped turn into classics.
At the event, Bernadette appeared on the red carpet in a dazzling light purple outfit.
It was covered in a criss-cross pattern made of clear sequins that allowed the singer to shine.
The pattern crossed in the middle of her body, but it stopped right at her upper thigh as the dress split apart to show her legs.
Her dress was held up by spaghetti straps, and the dress overlay was made of a sheer material.
Bernadette maintained her modesty by wearing a matching bodysuit under the sheer material.
She accessorized with a pair of heels that matched the exact color of her dress and her well-known curly hair.
The dress also put her incredibly muscular arms on display for her entire performance.
As she stood by herself on the stage, Bernadette looked completely at home with a microphone in her hand.
She also appeared to have avoided the aging process as she looked better than ever.
