Ben Affleck has purchased a multi-million dollar estate amid marital woes with wife Jennifer Lopez. According to a report, Affleck has now permanently settled for a Pacific Palisades mansion in Los Angeles.
The Oscar winner was previously rumored to be quietly “in escrow” for a new property after he and Lopez put their Beverly Hills marital mansion on the market for $68 million.
Despite the divorce speculations, several sources insist that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are still working on rekindling their romance, although they have not been seen together in over 60 days.

Affleck has finally found a permanent residence as he and Lopez continue living apart amid their marital woes.
According to TMZ, real estate sources revealed that the actor has “closed escrow” on a mansion in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, for a whopping $20.5 million.
The mansion reportedly boasts five bedrooms and six bathrooms, breakfast and dining spaces, and a separate family room.
It also has a den, walk-in closets, a movie room, a powder room, a guest house, and more.

According to US Weekly, a source disclosed that the “Gone Girl” star and the “Hustlers” actress were “in a rush” to sell the property as they “never felt settled” since moving into it.
“They thought they could sell it off-market but made a game-time decision in order to put more eyes on the property,” the insider shared. “They are in a rush to sell it. Ben especially wants to be done with the house. He was never happy there.”
An insider told Page Six in June that they’d already started selling off “art and some pieces” from the 12-bedroom and 24 bathrooms mansion.
