Bella Hadid is a globally recognized model, known for her work with major brands like Victoria’s Secret and Charlotte Tilbury. Recently, Hadid shared stunning swimsuit photos on Instagram, captioning them, “The salted muse,” where she poses gracefully by a river. Beyond her modeling success, Hadid is dedicated to her self-care routine, balancing her career with fitness and wellness practices. From horseback riding to using natural beauty products, Hadid prioritizes staying healthy both physically and mentally. She also enjoys outdoor activities and maintaining a nutritious diet, which helps her feel grounded and balanced amidst her busy schedule.
Hadid shared some of her favorite beauty products in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. “I love Dr. Bronner’s Pure-Castile Liquid Soap in the lavender scent, Vegamour everything, African black soap, plus sesame seed oil and coconut oil to make my hair masks. I always use masks to slick my hair back, so I have a wide variety of options I’ve created over the years to choose from.”
Hadid loves to ride horses to stay in shape. She talked about this in her Harper’s Bazaar interview. “I love being at home with my loved ones and the fresh air and my beautiful horses. My favorite fitness of all is horseback riding—it’s my workout, my therapy, my everything. You will seldom find me happier than when I’m with my horse!”
Hadid shared her favorite ways to stay in shape in her Harper’s Bazaar interview. She says that she likes to do a variety of different things. “I really try to listen to my body and do whatever it needs that day. Sometimes it’s boxing or high-intensity cardio, other times it’s yoga, Pilates, or more stretching-based, but my favorite fitness of all is horseback riding.”
Hadid opened up about her diet in another Harper’s Bazaar interview. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. “I try to drink as much water, and get as much sleep, as I can. We’re on the go so much that it’s hard to eat clean, but I always feel better when I do. I also always make sure I have a Kin [a non-alcoholic ‘functional beverage’] in my hand to keep me feeling balanced and help stabilise my mood, calm my stress and give me that burst of energy I need.”
Hadid tells Harper’s Bazaar that her favorite way to unwind is spending time outside. “Being around my horses after a long day is a kind of peace that most other things just can’t bring me. I love spending time with my family and my close friends that I can just simply be myself around. I like to put my feet in the grass, make a picnic, or take my puppy for a run. Anything in nature makes me return back to myself and balance.”
