The Purrfect Paws Pet Collection features a unique assortment of grooming products for both cats and dogs that are made without sulfates, parabens, or artificial dyes. The launch is only available online and at select stores, but that hasn’t stopped pet owners around the country from sharing their unfiltered opinions about Purrfect Paws on social media. Ahead, browse the collection and see why shoppers are divided.

Bath & Body Works’ Purrfect Paws Pet Collection features two new scents.

The new pet line at Bath & Body Works includes a wide assortment of grooming essentials and accessories, including tricked-out collars and leashes in the brand’s signature blue gingham print. As for the bath, shoppers can expect to spend around $15–$17 on hygiene products. Customers can also shop more for less: All grooming items are included in the store’s Buy 3, Get 1 Free promotion.

Grooming products are available in two new scents called Sweet Honey Almond and Raindrops & Violet. If you gravitate towards floral fragrances, Raindrops & Violet is a smart choice. According to the retailer, it smells like a “refreshing stroll through a field of wildflowers,” with subtle notes of violet and amber wood. Sweet Honey Almond is a more neutral fragrance with notes of almond milk, golden honey crystal, and fresh cream.

Shoppers are running to stock up on the new pet care products before they sell out.

One TikToker, who’s already implemented the new products into her pet’s bath routine, gave the Nose & Paw Balm her stamp of approval. “Guys I used the nose and paw balm OMGGG worked on my dogs paws so well,” she wrote on TikTok.

“The perfect line for when I get myself a frenchie,” cried another. A third said, “How cute I love it.”

A TikToker noted, “The prices aren’t bad either,” while another person jokingly responded, “Take my money now.”

“Oh my gosh – finally something useful I’d use a reward on. I adore that Gingham leash. The grooming tools looks good, too!” posted one Redditor.

Other shoppers say they “would never buy this for my pups.”

On the flipside, some pet owners are apprehensive about Bath & Body Works throwing its name into the pet care ring.

“I’m sure the products are dog friendly but I’m still wary about buying pet products from a company that normally doesn’t have them. I’m not worried that the products will kill my dog or anything but I do worry that the quality won’t be that great,” one person shared in a Reddit thread about Purrfect Paws.

Others are turned off by the steep price point. “This just feels like way too expensive for something that is going to get used super fast,” someone commented on a TikTok, to which the post’s author responded, “I agree, I also just don’t think it’s worth the price point for what you are getting.”

“Yea I don’t think that’s safe,” reads another comment, while someone else says, “hard pass for my fur baby.”

“As someone who’s learned how bad Bath and Body Works products are for us, I would never buy this for my pups,” said a TikToker.

“Hmm show me the ingredients, is it natural,” asked another pet owner.

TikToker @liani.montes says it’s the amount of fragrance in the products that turns her off.
