Bar owes her great body to a dedication to fitness, and it shows. “I work out a lot. I like to look good and feel good. I do Pilates and TRX four times a week for an hour each time,” she revealed to Cosmopolitan.
Bar eats healthy most of the time, and she claims it’s not very hard. “I’m not very careful with my diet but when you work out a lot you want to keep healthy. Eating healthily makes you want to work out more because your body is more alive,” Bar told Cosmopolitan. “If I’m craving something I’ll have it, but I don’t really crave bad things.”
After becoming a mom, Bar was back in the gym in 2016. She shared many posts of her workouts, which involved a few workout props, including TRX straps and a Bosu ball. “As you can see, I’m all about getting back in shape,” she captioned one of the videos.
