As any fan of the long-running Jackass series knows, former member Bam Margera has had quite the struggles with addiction during his life, particularly following the death of his best friend Ryan Dunn in 2011.
These days, however, Margera seems to be in a moment of health and happiness, as he’s been showing off the skateboarding skills that made him a star 20 years ago in the first place.
In recent days, Bam’s Instagram has been filled with videos of him back on his skateboard, and absolutely shredding, as well.
Bam is also seen looking happy in photos alongside his fiance, model Dannii Marie.
The last we heard from Bam was back in July when he called out the Jackass crew in a diss track titled “Feel Like Bam” alongside rappers “Cult Shotta” and “Tanboymiguel.”
As we reported last summer, Margera challenges Johnny Knoxville to a boxing match, brags about being the best skater in the group, and calls out Jackass director and producer Jeff Tremaine over the dispute the pair had when making Jackass Forever.
While Margera was meant to feature in 2022’s widely well-received Jackass Forever (he actually does inconspicuously pop up in one stunt, “The Marching Band”), he was fired after he violated his contract, which had a clause in it about substance abuse in an effort to keep him on the straight and narrow.
Jackass Forever did ultimately feature almost the entirety of the original crew, which consists of Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Dave England, Wee Man, Danger Ehren, Chris Pontius, and Preston Lacy. The film also introduced newcomers such as Sean “Poopies” McInerney, Rachel Wolfson, Zach Holmes, Jasper Dolphin, and Eric Manaka.
If you want to keep up with Bam, you can follow him on Instagram. All four of the Jackass movies are currently streaming on Paramount+.
