Balance And Composure have shared ‘Alive & Well’, their first new music since 2024 comeback album ‘With You In Spirit’
Credited as the song that reignited the band’s creative spark and ultimately led to their reunion, ‘Alive & Well’ is a powerful cut exploring themes of disconnection, internal struggle, and reclaiming one’s sense of self.
On the track, vocalist/guitarist Jon Simmons has shared:
“This was the first song we worked on together when we decided to become a band again… It was an idea that Erik [Petersen, guitarist] had sent us in early talks of maybe reuniting and I sang over it almost immediately which began the entire process of writing a record.”
