The shoot, which was for Interview Magazine, also saw her pose on the bonnet of a car in just black tights as she covered her chest with her handbag.
In another attention-grabbing look, she posed with her girlfriend Robby outside a movie theatre.
While tucking into popcorn, Gabby wore just a black body suit under a cream long fur jacket on top.
Another snap showed the loved-up couple embracing for a kiss as Gabby held a cigarette in her hand.
Gabby – who is currently starring on The Traitors – also posed in the bedroom with Robby.
The pair are celebrating their first Valentines together, having first met outside a bar.
Speaking about their relationship, Gabby said it was ‘love at first sight’ for her.
She told Interview Magazine: “Robby has mad game, as you can imagine, so I was hooked, lined and sinkered.”
Gabby continued: “Looking back, I feel like my heart was pulling me towards her. I just never had to second guess anything.
“I was single for so long, and you get down on yourself. You’re like, ‘Am I ever going to meet someone?’
“And then you meet the love of your life. It’s meant to happen for everybody.”
