RYAN Seacrest’s ex-girlfriend uploaded a cryptic quote to her social media about trust.
Aubrey Paige and Ryan announced their breakup in late April after almost three years together and have both remained active on their Instagrams.

The 27-year-old model uploaded a text post via her Story with a message to her followers.
“Trust this chapter because God is writing your book,” it read.
Aubrey did not add any more context to her post but has been updating fans on other aspects of her life since the split.
Earlier this week, Aubrey shared a video of her enjoying a wine night with a mystery friend.

The star filmed it on Monday from her Los Angeles high-rise apartment.
She sat with a friend around a rug on the floor and played a card game while drinking wine.
Aubrey donned a huge chunky white cardigan which she wore open over a skin-tight white romper.
Her long legs were on full show as she could be seen sat cross-legged on the floor.
The model was accompanied by a friend, who was mostly off-camera bar the leg of some black pants.
They both sat around a white fluffy rug and placed a card game with glasses of wine.
Candles were lit in the middle of the setting which created a romantic atmosphere.
“What’s better than weekend wine nights?” she wrote on the video.
Aubrey used the video to promote her drinking card game business, Sippin’ on Somethin’.
COZY NIGHT IN
“It may be Monday, but I’m already thinking about the weekend,” she captioned the post.
“Anyone else ? If you didn’t get to enjoy a cozy night in playing @sippinonsomethin … order yours now to receive just in time for memorial weekend.
“Makes for the perfect party favor or group activity,” she concluded.

Meanwhile, Ryan showed fans his self-care routine by uploading a photo of him cooking via his Instagram.

In the first snap, the radio host stood solo in his kitchen while flaunting what he cooked.
Ryan cooked green vegetables and season chicken breasts.
He encouraged his followers to eat healthily and wore a loose gray cardigan over a black T-shirt.
Back in 2021, Ryan and Aubrey confirmed they were dating after being spotted together at a Memorial Day party in the Hamptons.
Since then, the two have made appearances on their social media accounts and celebrated their love for one another.
Their final post was uploaded in early April before spokespersons officially announced their split.
