Actress Milana Vayntrub, best known for her stint as ‘Lily the AT&T girl’ in the long-running cell phone commercials, has announced the launched of OnlyPhilanthropy. Vayntrub says OnlyPhilanthropy will be used to sell “flirty” photos of herself, with the proceeds then going to victims of the Los Angeles Fires.

Back in March, Milana Vayntrub did her first set of OnlyPhilanthropy photos and was able to raise money for a single Los Angeles mother who lost “everything” in the fires.

“I did a flirty photoshoot and I’m trying something new. I love helping people, and I’m figuring out the best way to make the most of what I’ve got to do that. And what I’ve got is you. So here’s the deal: you donate, and I send you a few flirty pics as a thank-you. A little fun for a good cause. Follow the link in bio. Let’s make this an experiment worth remembering. Using the male gaze to fight the blaze,” the 38-year-old actress announced back in August.

With the first fundraising effort apparently being a success, Vayntrub announced that she has done a second photoshoot and is hoping to raise enough money to fulfill the fundraising needs of over 30 families.

Vayntrub has also launched an Instagram and TikTok account for OnlyPhilanthropy, suggesting this is either something she’ll keep doing or something she’ll get other actresses/models involved in.

“I did another flirty photoshoot & and I want to do something good with it again.
In March, you helped me fundraise for a single mom who lost everything in the LA fire, and I think we should do it again. This time, I’m hoping to fulfill over 30 GoFundMes for disabled families effected by the same fire… with your help! Turns out this little @onlyphilanthropy experiment actually worked. So… shall we do it again? 😏 This is how it works: You give. I give (a few flirty pics). We help people who really need it. Let’s trade some playful, exclusive content for real-world impact,” Vayntrub wrote on Instagram.

While Vayntrub has long been known as the AT&T girl and has also appeared in projects such as Ghostbusters, Silicon Valley, Love, This Is Us, and Die Hart, Vayntrub is on the verge of the biggest role of her career as she has a part in Project Hail Mary alongside Ryan Gosling.

In addition to Gosling and Vayntrub, Project Hail Mary — directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller, and based on the Andy Weir novel of the same name — also stars Sandra Huller, Lionel Boyce, and Ken Leung, and will hit theaters on March 20, 2026.
