Asmongold has laid out possible plans for multistreaming, with a specific focus on X, saying he’s willing to help improve the platform for other broadcasters.

Asmongold is one of the most-watched streamers on Twitch, where he boasts two separate accounts with over 5M collective followers.

While he’s exclusively streamed on the site for his entire career, he’s now considering making a move to X — at least, in some capacity.

While Asmongold has been a major presence on Twitch for years, he’s recently spoken about the possibility of multi-streaming, as many other broadcasters do the same.

Asmongold considers multi-streaming with plans to improve X

Asmon discussed the situation during a May 2025 broadcast, admitting that he’s willing to partially stream on the social media site in the hopes of making it better for streamers.

“I don’t know how much time I can really invest into doing this,” he mused. “I could probably give them at least 20 hours a week. We could maybe work for like a month or so and get the website up to par for live streaming. I could do that. That’d be no big deal.”

He’s even willing to do it completely free, saying he “doesn’t give a f**k about money,” arguing that it’s “better for the platform” if these potential fixes are made.

“I’ve already got enough money,” he admitted. “If I get more money, I get more money. But if not, that’s okay. If they want to hit me up and work something out, we could get it set up.”

“…If they want to take live streaming seriously, I think X could be the place for live streaming.”

Asmon’s proposed changes include changing the site’s User Interface, projecting that “changing the entire website” could cost anywhere from “$30M – $50M.”

This latest statement comes after Asmongold addressed the possibility of streaming on YouTube, which he vehemently denounced, saying the platform’s strict rules are too restrictive for his content.

He also revealed that he’d have news about multi-streaming coming for viewers sometime in the near future, although nothing has yet been set in stone.

“I think that when I start multi-streaming, you’re going to see a lot of people that are going to move after I do it,” he said. “It will be a very, very big moment. I think that a lot of people are waiting for somebody to do it, and for it to actually happen.”

Additionally, the streamer admitted that, although he feels like Twitch is becoming “irrelevant,” he has no plans to ever become “exclusive” with another platform.

“If you like watching on Twitch, nothing will change for you. I will never go and be like ‘I’m going to go and sign a deal with another platform and only stream on there,’” he said.

Asmongold would be the latest top streamer to move his broadcasts to multiple platforms as of late, following in the footsteps of other big names like Ludwig, TimTheTatMan, Dr Disrespect and many more.
