As It Is are officially back, with former members Ben Biss, Patrick Foley and Alistair Testo returning to the lineup alongside frontman Patty Walters.
After some teasing on social media, including the reveal of a new band logo, the members promised a big announcement would be arriving today (September 02) about their future plans together.
In a statement titled ‘NEVER HAPPY, BACK TOGETHER’, they said “Through over a decade’s worth of ups and downs we had each other, and we’re back to celebrate that with you. There’s still some spark in us yet.
There will be more to come over the coming weeks but for now, thank you for sticking by us through thick and thin whilst we work out how to preserve the life and the spirit of this band that means so much to so many people. We wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for you.”
They concluded their message by saying they will ‘See you in 2025’.
The band’s have released four studio albums to date and their debut record, ‘Never Happy, Ever After’, will celebrate its 10th anniversary next year.
