As December Falls have kickstarted a new era with cathartic single ‘Angry Cry’.
Following the release of the band’s explosive ‘Live Album’ in September, the track arrives during their UK dates with Skindred.
Speaking on ‘Angry Cry’, vocalist Bethany Hunter has shared:
“I wrote Angry Cry about being so consumed by anxiety that even the noise I needed to fall asleep to became my own worst enemy. It’s about reaching that breaking point where the only thing left to do is cry until you’re drained.”

Currently rounding off their run of dates with ragga-metal legends Skindred, As December Falls will make their Australian debut in early 2025 before joining RØRY on her eight-date UK tour in March.
We recently caught up with the band for our Album Story series, where bassist Timmy Francis told us about their future plans:
“It feels like when you play video games and you collect different outfits… By this point, we’ve collected all the outfits. Now, we’re waking up every day and wondering what we’re going to dress up as.”
“We’re writing the best songs of our lives now because there are no restraints. If we have a cool idea we chase it, and by not squashing those little baby ideas, they’re able to grow into something. Those weird moments can blossom into pretty special things if you let them.”
