ARIANA Madix has decided that her ex Tom Scandoval should allow her to sell their house.
Arianna, 38, decided to turn to legal matters to sell the home that they bought together while they were still in a relationship.

According to TMZ, Ariana has filed a suit against Tom, 40, in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Apparently, the couple could not come to an agreement on how to sell their home.
The court documents state that Ariana wants a “partition by sale” meaning she wants a judge to order them to sell the home and split the cash from the sale.
She’s not interested in a “division of kind” which would allow them both to keep ownership interest in the property.
Then, one of them could sell their part of the home to a third party.
They purchased the home together in 2019 for about $2million, and it resides in the San Fernando Valley.
Even though Ariana discovered Tom was cheating on her during their relationship, they are still living together in the house.

He’s been making new moves after reportedly being pushed out of his bar and restaurant, Schwartz & Sandy’s.
The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed that Tom filed an LLC – Limited Liability Company – for a new business, 551 Productions.
According to the California LLC filing, Tom filed paperwork on September 22, 2023, for 551 Productions, LLC, which is managed solely by himself.
It is unclear what 551 is a reference to. However, records show it was the street number for the apartment he used to live in with his former longtime girlfriend.
The registered corporate agent is Cogency Global Inc., a leading provider of nationwide registered agents for all industries.
Under the type of business, Tom indicated it was for a podcast.
Just days after the filing, the television personality announced his new podcast, Everybody Loves Tom, in a promo video where he’s seen taking off his T-shirt.
The bio for the Apple podcast reads: “It’s been 7 months since Scandoval began, and now, Tom is finally telling his side of things.
“Welcome to Everybody Loves Tom, a brand new podcast from Vanderpump Rules star, Tom Sandoval. Join him every week while he chats with celebrity guests, VPR cast mates, and dives deeper into his personal life than ever before.”
