For the past few months, Pete Davidson and Chase Sui Wonders have stayed mum about their rumored romance, but their onscreen chemistry is undeniable in “Bupkis” — the semiautobiographical comedy series about Davidson’s life, which premiered on May 4. The actors, who also both appeared in “Bodies Bodies Bodies,” star in the new show as exes — but are they still an item in real life? Between their recent PDA-filled outings, we’d say it’s safe to assume so.
Speculation about a possible romance between Davidson and Wonders first began circling in December 2022 when the pair were spotted out together on numerous occasions. Later, in January, the duo were seen again — this time looking rather cozy. In photos obtained by TMZ, the 26-year-old actor was shown with her arm wrapped around the 29-year-old comedian while waiting for their food inside a restaurant in Brooklyn. Neither Davidson nor Wonders has publicly addressed the nature of their relationship yet, and reps for both stars did not respond to POPSUGAR’s initial requests for comment.
Later, on March 1, Davidson and Wonders appeared to still be going strong, as they were seen kissing in Hawaii, per photos published by the Daily Mail. In the snaps, Wonders stood over Davidson and kissed him as he sat on a bench.
The following month, the pair visited Martha Stewart at her home and seemingly got her stamp of approval as, in an Instagram caption, the business mogul called them a “very cute couple.” Then, on April 27, Wonders and Davidson were seen cozying up at the New York premiere afterparty for “Bupkis” at French restaurant L’Avenue.
The pair’s speculated relationship comes months after the “Saturday Night Live” alum’s whirlwind fling with Emily Ratajkowski. The longtime friends were linked together at the end of last year following Davidson’s breakup from Kim Kardashian in August 2022. Wonders, on the other hand, previously dated Charles Melton and still has a photo with him posted on her Instagram page.
Only time will tell if Davidson and Wonders go the distance.
