Heinrich revealed her wellness secrets to Marie Claire. She says that she believes in living a balanced lifestyle, especially when it comes to her diet. “I definitely have a good balance. I probably have chocolate or something considered ‘naughty’ every day, but overall I’m eating a good lunch, a good dinner. It’s just about finding that balance and what works for you as opposed to just going on like a really severe diet for a couple of weeks. That might work in the short term, but it’s not going to work for the rest of your life.”
Heinrich makes sure to workout as often as she can. She tells Marie Claire that this is a priority for her. “Health and fitness is more of a constant lifestyle thing for me,” she says. “I don’t ever diet, but I make it a priority to be healthy and have exercise a part of my life every single day, whether it’s just going for a walk or choosing to walk as opposed to getting into the car and driving somewhere.”
Heinrich revealed her favorite workouts to Marie Claire. She says that she likes to do a lot of different things to keep herself in shape. “Mixing things up keeps me motivated,” Heinrich revealed. “I find it extremely important because I don’t want exercise to become a chore. It’s about enjoying every form of exercising. I go for long walks, I do body-weighted exercise on the rings, I go on the pump and most recently I’ve started doing Infinate Cycle classes which I kind of just added onto my fitness regime.”
Heinrich is all about watching her portions. She revealed a trick she uses to Marie Claire. “If Tim and I are cooking at home, I try and eat off a smaller plate than him,” Heinrich explains. “It kind of tricks your mind into thinking you’re eating the same amount. So if you’re going back for seconds, it’s probably like just having the meal I would have had it on a larger plate. That’s what I keep telling myself, anyway.”
Heinrich revealed her typical meals to WellMadeClothes.com. She says that she eats pretty healthy each day. She also says that she eats a late breakfast. “I haven’t been eating as soon as I get up in the morning, my first meal would probably be around 11 to maybe one o’clock, and that would be a breakfast meal, I love eggs, or I even go to one of my favorite cafes down the road called Dairy, and they do a breakfast bowl. There are eggs, kale, peas, nuts, and then I normally add crispy bacon because I love bacon.”
