Ana de Armas is keeping coy when it comes to her relationship with Tom Cruise.
The “Knives Out” actor, who has been spotted out with Cruise over the last few months, didn’t reveal much in a new interview with “Good Morning America” on Thursday.
“We’re definitely working on a lot of things,” she said of Cruise. “Not just one, but a few projects, with Doug Liman and Christopher McQuarrie and, of course, Tom.”
“And I’m so excited,” de Armas said.
McQuarrie, a writer, director and producer, is a frequent collaborator of Cruise’s, having worked with him on many “Mission: Impossible” films.
Liman is reportedly set to direct de Armas, 37, and Cruise, 62, in a forthcoming film called “Deeper,” according to Deadline.
Though the two actors have professional plans together, it’s less clear if de Armas and Cruise are really dating.
The two were spotted having dinner together in London in February. They were more recently seen together in London again earlier this month, when they left David Beckham’s 50th birthday party celebrations together.
De Armas previously gushed over Cruise in a 2023 interview with USA Today in which she applauded the actor’s commitment to doing his own stunts.
She said she was trying to do the same in her movies, though she was “not at a Tom Cruise level yet.”
“But I can appreciate what he does 100% now, and I totally get why he does it,” she said. “He’s so mind-blowing.”
