Ana Cheri is a successful fitness model who shares a lot of her workouts on Instagram. In February, she shared a video of herself using a stationary bike. Penn State PRO Wellness states that a stationary bike has a lot of benefits. “Riding a stationary exercise bike is an efficient and effective way to burn calories and body fat while strengthening your heart, lungs, and muscles. Compared to some other types of cardio equipment, a stationary bicycle puts less stress on your joints, but it still provides an excellent aerobic workout.”

Cheri likes to go hiking. She shared this video of herself doing so on Instagram, captioning it, “My first solo hike.” Piedmont states that hiking has a lot of benefits. “Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise, which builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis. Hiking can help you manage your weight. It is a joint-friendly form of exercise that can keep arthritis sufferers more limber and mobile. Being outside in the sunshine provides the body with vitamin D.”

Cheri likes to do squats. She is seen doing them in this Instagram video. Piedmont states that squats are a great workout. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.

In May, Cheri went snorkeling in the ocean for the first time. She shared these photos and videos on Instagram of the experience. Cheri captioned the post, “Faced 2 of my fears 🦈🌊 sharks and the open ocean.” Wake Forest University states that swimming has a lot of benefits.
“Unlike many other forms of cardio, swimming uses a wide range of muscles. In addition to toning your whole body, swimming builds both strength and endurance.”

Cheri likes to push herself to try new things. This is the reason why she went snorkeling. Cheri talked about this in the caption of the Instagram post. “These last few years I’ve pushed out of my comfort zone more than I have my entire life and I feel very accomplished. You never know what you can do if you don’t try. I’m grateful to have my man by my side who is always supporting me to be my best self and giving me a container to do so.”
