Its easy get an attachment for your gutters buckets OR add DIY rain barrels with faucets It’s #worldwaterday I’ve learned a lot about water when traveling to other countries – one big thing is access to water πŸ’¦ we take it for granted bc clean water comes from our spouts – on amazing race we had to go to a well fill up giant water containers and cart them back to the village – in CA & NV we always worried about a drought & I saw the levels of lake mead shrink year by year! Clean Drinkable Water is precious so slide through for ways to save water! Even if your state gets lots of water it’s important to save when you can. – turn off the faucet when you brush your teeth or shave – take shorter showers – water plants with your rain water – recycle water you use for boiling pasta.”

Certain studies found that some patients practicing intermittent fasting with supervision by their doctors were able to reverse their need for insulin therapy.
