Reacher star Alan Ritchson shared photos and videos of former President Joe Biden and his divisive son Hunter Biden visiting the set of the fourth season of the hit Prime Video series.
In a post of photos and videos on Instagram, Alan Ritchson — who has been starring in Reacher since the series premiered on Prime Video in February 2022 — shared that 45th President of the United States Joe Biden and his troubled son Hunter stopped by the Reacher set and could not have been more “lovely, kind, joyful, gracious, and present.”
Based on the Jack Reacher book series by Lee Child, the first three seasons of Reacher have each adapted a specific novel, with Season 1 being based on Killing Floor, Season 2 on Bad Luck and Trouble, Season 3 on Persuader, and Season 4 on Gone Tomorrow.
“So our Reacher set got in the way of these legends. Was a privilege and honor to meet the Biden family. They couldn’t have been more lovely. Kind, joyful, gracious and present,” Ritchson shared on Instagram.
“We chatted briefly about simple stuff, like string theory and quantum entanglement. Then Joe beat me at arm wrestling. All in a day’s work.”
Earlier this Spring, Ritchson was spotted in-character as Jack Reacher at a Chicago Cubs game filming a scene in the stands of Wrigley Field.
The 42-year-old former Blue Mountain State is booked and busy these days, as, in addition to filming the fourth season of Reacher, he also recently wrapped production on an action movie titled Runner alongside Owen Wilson and will be seen starring alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Christmas action-comedy The Man with the Bag.
He also has the films Playdate, Motor City and War Machine in various stages of production.
