Adin Ross has revealed the wild amount of money he’s making on Kick for a single stream with the platform’s new Partner program.
In March, Kick announced a series of changes to its Kick Creator Incentive Program (KCIP), rebranding it as the Kick Partner Program.
These changes help streamers earn an income faster and easier, with much simpler requirements to make what many creators called “life-changing” money.
On April 3, Adin Ross went live on Kick to reveal how he benefits from the program – and he’s making a small fortune every time he broadcasts due to his large following.
Adin Ross makes big money with just one Kick stream
During the stream, Adin pulled up his Kick dashboard, explaining how any creator can make significant cash based on their viewership.
“1000 viewers is $100 an hour,” he explained. “If you average 50 viewers, I think it’s $10 an hour.”
This means that even without subscribers, Kick Partners can make decent money, or, as Adin put it “minimum wage.”
Ross’s screen also showed that his April 1 broadcast with xQc and Sneako, which was just under five hours, had earned him $27,169.
“If you guys are trying to get started with your streaming careers, you might as well do it this way. It’s quick. It’s very easy to grow when you think about it. I did a five-hour stream and I made 30 bands.”
Rounding the stream up to five hours, Ross was making just under $5,500 an hour.
For contrast, two years prior, Mizkif leaked that he made $13,168.32 in Twitch revenue between September 5 to September 11, 2023.
Ross further added that features are on the way that will let users make money watching streamers, though he didn’t specify how that will work or when they’ll arrive.
This revelation comes as Kick continues to fight for platform supremacy with Twitch by offering revenue opportunities not found on Amazon’s streaming service.
