Adelaine Morin is a very successful social media personality. She’s best known as a YouTuber, and she has her own show called Girl Talk. Morin recently shared some photos on her Instagram. In them, she is seen walking on the beach with her dog, enjoying a cup of coffee, and enjoying ice cream with friends. Morin captioned the post, “Moments that feel like sunshine.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Adelaine Morin stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

As you can see from her recent post, Morin has an adorable dog. Harvard Health states that owning a dog has some mental health benefits. “Dog owners are less prone to bouts of loneliness, anxiety, and depression. Simply petting your dog can make you feel less stressed. One of the greatest benefits of owning a dog is that it encourages you to practice mindfulness — being in the present moment and fully appreciating life. Mindfulness can help you relieve stress and also improves your overall health.”

Morin likes to swim to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Morin took a trip to beautiful Greece last month, and she made sure to hit the beach. She shared these photos of herself in a pool in Santorini. Morin captioned the post, “How can I resist you.” She also shared these photos of herself in the ocean, captioning them, “Splish splash.”

Morin likes to do Pilates to stay in shape. In this Instagram post, she shared a photo of herself on a reformer. The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates is focused more on building your core strength through a disciplined practice of several small-movement exercises during each session. A fundamental set of exercises is basic to each class and is learned first to strengthen your core and teach you how to move with each breath.”

As you can see in her Instagram post, Morin likes to walk to stay in shape. Since she has a dog, she has to walk regularly. Harvard Health reports that walking can help you lose weight. “Harvard researchers looked at 32 obesity-promoting genes in over 12,000 people to determine how much these genes actually contribute to body weight. Among the study participants who walked briskly for about an hour a day, the effects of those genes were cut in half.”

Morin talked about taking care of her mental health in a YouTube video. She says that she is seeing a therapist. “When I first started seeing my therapist, I started seeing her in January. She was like, ‘what are the things that you want to do in therapy?’ And one of the things that stuck out the most that she said was, I said I wanted to get my sparkle back because I felt like sometimes you feel, at least for me, I feel like I go into these months where I am in a little cycle when you have anxiety and it feels like there’s no way out of it and you feel like the world is going to end and you hyper fixate on something so small, it’s something that someone told me that I actually will always remember.”
