Evelin, who owns a restaurant in Ecuador, maintains a very healthy diet, mostly consuming clean and fresh food. In an Instagram Story, she revealed a few of her dietary secrets. One of them is that she eats primarily seafood and organic food, which is not frozen and is “healthy overall.”
In the same post, Evelin revealed that she skips her first meal of the day, which implies that she is a fan of intermittent fasting. “I don’t eat almost every morning for the last year,” she wrote.
