Ashley Michelle is shocking fans with her massive weight loss. The 90 Day Fiancé star showed off her 100-pound weight loss on social media this week with a before-and-after snap. “Officially -100 lbs. Honoring myself, my work and my determination. It may sound cliche but you really can do whatever you put your mind to. This was by far the hardest thing I’ve done – and I’ve done A LOT of hard shit. Proud of me 🥹” she captioned the Instagram post. How did the reality star drop so much weight? Celebwell has the details.
In an Instagram video, Ashley opened up about her workout routine. “Oh, hey friends. Come to the gym with me. You’ve been asking for a while what I do at the gym, so I figured I would tell you,” she said. “So I work a lot with kettlebells. I don’t know, there’s something about them. They just make me feel strong.”
“My main lift for the day was deadlifts,” she continues in the video, demonstrating the move. “I feel so strong when I’m deadlifting. I’m just warming up here.” She adds that her personal record is 205 pounds. “Those tree trunks girlfriend.
“Now we’re moving on to the dreaded hip thrust. God love them, love to hate ’em. But let me tell you, baby, they turn that flat pancake into a peach,” she continued. “Never skip your hip thrust ever. No matter how much they hurt. Get all the way down. Squeeze that booty at the top all the way down. Squeeze the booty at the top. Yeah, boo. I was tired, but we did it.”
“Now we’re doing some single leg RDLs,” she says, referring to Romanian deadlifts. “You know, got to focus on the one glute at a time.”
She ends her workout with some kettlebell swings. “Look at that a** though, girl. Look at it. Look at it. Look at it. Yes honey.”
Ashley tries to mix up her exercise routine and try out new forms of fitness. “Finding new ways to get active and move my body,” she captioned a TikTok post of herself doing aerial silks.
