Doechii: She / Her / Black Bitch EP [Top Dawg Entertainment/Capitol]
Doechii’s first EP for Top Dawg Entertainment and Capitol Records is executive produced by the TDE duo Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith and Anthony “Moosa” Tiffith Jr. Leading up to the release, Doechii made her TV debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, playing “Persuasive” and “Crazy.” “Many times I’ve been referred to as a ‘bitch’ as a way to gaslight me out of certain spaces,” Doechii said of the title in press materials. “So I decided to take ownership of the ‘black bitch,’” she continued, “and reclaim that motherfucking power.”
