If you’ve ever seen Anne Winters act, you’ll probably agree that she was born to be a star. The talented actress has been in the industry for over a decade and has been working hard to leave her mark. Anne got her first major break when she earned a recurring role in the Freeform series, The Fosters. Since then, she has kept the momentum going with appearances in other successful shows such as Zac and Mia and 13 Reasons Why. 2. Anne Winters Almost Went to SMU
Life has a funny way of making you change your plans when you least expect it, which Anne can relate to. Anne’s original plan was to attend Southern Methodist University, but she ultimately decided to move to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. While that may have seemed like a risky decision at the time, it ended up being the perfect one for Anne.
3. She’s An Award Winner
When it’s all said and done, actors’ careers are typically measured by the number of significant awards they’ve won. Fortunately for Anne, she’s already done a great job cementing her legacy. In 2018, she won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Digital Daytime Drama Series for her role in Zac and Mia. There’s no doubt she’ll take home more awards in the future.
