Fans have started stealing the pub's branded glassware as mementoes

A SOUTH London boozer has been forced to order in blank pint glasses after Taylor Swift’s army of fans started nicking their branded ones as mementoes.

The Black Dog in Vauxhall, has found itself swamped by fans of the Anti-Hero singer after she named a song after the pub on her latest album The Tortured Poets Department back in August.

Despite never visiting the pub herself, Taylor recalls in the track how a former flame left their location services on on their phone, and she watched them go into the pub.

As Taylor played three sold out shows at Wembley Stadium over the weekend, queues stretched out the door as fans raced to get selfies and drinks at the haunt

They also started swiping the pub’s pint glasses which had their Black Dog logo on.

One member of staff told The Sun: “It’s always so busy now. It was never like this.

“We have had to stop using branded pint glasses and now have plain ones only as they were getting nicked and we had none left.”

She added: “We’ve had to add extra staff too.”

Keen to make the most of their new-found fame, the pub now sells branded merchandise and has been blasting Taylor’s biggest hits on show days.

During Friday’s show, Taylor debuted the track live on stage.

According to new data, Taylor’s record-breaking eight sold out shows at Wembley will boost London’s economy by £300m.

She returns in August for a further five nights.
