j-hope of BTS & Miguel Bring "Sweet Dreams" to Tonight Show

j-hope of BTS has touched down in New York City for the next leg of his “Hope on the Stage” solo tour. The artist started his visit with a return to The Tonight Show, during which he was joined by Miguel for a warm performance of their new collaborative single, “Sweet Dreams.” Watch the performance — complete with j-hope in bunny slippers — below.

Backed by a live band, j-hope and Miguel traded verses on the dreamy track, with the BTS member slipping into his trademark melodic rap throughout the song. The pair and the accompanying instrumentalists performed against a backdrop of a bright sky on raised platforms that gave the sense of singing in the clouds. j-hope, who completed his time in the South Korean military in the fall of 2024, was visibly thrilled to be onstage in front of fans, who made their presence very known in the studio.
